CHERYL PIC

Cheryl Rosenthal is a graduate of Pace University, where she received degrees in International Business and Marketing. In her youth, Cheryl was formerly a model working with Hampton Court Knits as a tennis-wear model, she was then picked up by Maybelline Corp to be an eye makeup model. Being a young model, paved the road to learning marketing and sales in one of the most competitive fields in America.

In 1981, she married and later moved to Atlantic Beach while raising her three children. She always had an interest in real estate. Cheryl has taken multiple CE classes in title insurance, with extensive studies with Pedowitz from NYLTA. Having 35 plus years of experience in the title industry has given Cheryl the largest edge in real estate sales.

Cheryl became a professional realtor in 2014 and joined a major franchise while she was still working in the title industry. In her first part-time year of real estate, Cheryl won the gold award for the top 15% of all licensed realtors in the company for closed sales transactions. In 2015 and 2016, she consistently won top producer with Gold and Platinum awards. Cheryl became an associate broker, then decided to establish her own brokerage in December 2017 known as REALTY TRENDS. The first year of closed sales was over 25 million and 55 closed transactions, 25% were REO-based sales, and 10% were short sale-based sales.

In 2019 to date, 88 transactions were closed, over 47 million in closed sales, and 30% are REO transaction listings and assignment of bids on REO auction property. Having over 85,000 emails from buyers and investors, and constantly marketing, Cheryl's average home is only listed for less than 30 days before an accepted offer which then ends up in the contract.

Cheryl's success in the real estate industry has been built upon honesty, integrity, solid business practices, top-notch marketing skills, and a firm commitment to the fiduciary responsibility she has to each and every client. With buyers, Cheryl is very aware of the personal nature of buying a home and listens to the concerns of her buyers and then focuses on their needs, requirements, and desires in a way that furthers their lifestyle objectives. As a seller's agent, Cheryl’s work begins long before listing a home for sale. She understands that the time taken to research the title properly, so that full disclosure is given and makes it ready for today's marketplace, is a great benefit for her homeowner clients or REO Clients.

Researching the title and prior owner policy will alleviate any hiccups or speed bumps in the transaction while being able to provide the sellers an honest and accurate framework to assess their property's value, and any potential title issues not limited to violations, improper service, bankruptcy, or any title defect which can result in not being able to provide marketable title. One of Cheryl's most important skills is her conscientiousness to detail and her ability to bring even the most complicated deals to closure.
